Rich Srednicki is an Executive Vice President of JPMorgan Chase and is responsible for Chase's credit card business, Chase Cardmember Services. He is also a member of Chase Financial Service's Management Committee.
King, whose financial services career spans 30 years, leaves his role as chairman, president and CEO of Wells Fargo Insurance, Inc., a Minneapolis- based subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Co. In his new position, he will oversee a $34.7 billion-deposit retail banking business with a 12-state branch network that includes more than 900 KeyCenters, 2,200 ATMs and one of the nation's most highly regarded internet banking sites, Key.com
Philip M. Thawley is Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Certegy. The position was previously held by Richard D. Gapen, who has announced plans to retire in 2005. Mr. Thawley brings 30 years of experience in human resource management to Certegy, having held similar positions at MasterCard International and Deloitte & Touche.
Funch is based in London and reports to Michael J. Hillock, president, International Operations. Funch will be responsible for directing, administering and coordinating all aspects of EMEA operations, replacing Reinoud G. J. Drenth who left the company in late 2002.
Dean Ilijasic is consumer marketing director at KeyCorp. Ilijasic heads the team of marketing managers responsible for Key's consumer business units: Community Banking, the McDonald Financial Group, and Consumer Finance. Community Banking includes Key's branch office network which spans 13 states.
